    Have not used this product yet. Was concerned this computer did not have a standard camera media card reader but rather a mini card reader. Was told this device would read both mini and standard camera cards.

    One star because it does work. One star because its construction feels really good. I really wanted to like this thing, but it just frustrates me from a tech POV... Why is this a USB 3.2 device and unable to read from both card slots at the same time? There is more than enough bandwidth for both cards to top out easily, SD cards aren't exactly going at NVME speeds now are they? So you have this premium feeling device that could be just as premium feeling, but USB 2.0 and costing way less. No reason for the extra cost for USB 3.2 when it does nothing to utilize the feature. Would it really have cost so much to have both card slots function? I had a crappy SanDisk reader that came as a freebie with a Micro SD card I bought ages ago, this came with three independant slots(SD, Micro SD and Mini SD). You could plug it in and see three individual drives come up, copy between them, etc. There are tons of much cheaper alternatives if what you want is what I am describing. Shame though, this thing really feels premium, I so wanted to like it. Irks me enough to waste my time complaining on Best Buy about it...
