The agent asked to take it to the back room and try to find the problem. After a few minutes he returned saying the card reader was an older version and not capable of downloading my San Disk. I said obviously I needed a newer card reader at which time he said, I will will be right back. Fortunately, they had the current model in stock so I purchased it and departed to try it out on my computer. Worked superbly, and the agent was very knowledgeable and made me a happy camper (customer)!
