Problem for me, but may be ok for your application.

But the usb-c side doesn’t work at all. But like a lot of Best Buy’s small purchases, 45 mins is too far to drive to justify returning it. I’ll just use the full size usb side of it and make due until it fairs completely and order a better quality one from Amazon.

Customer Service line said I had to travel back to the store to return - not driving an hour for that. Processed return via the website, sent it back, and that's the last I heard of it. No refund, nothing. Poor customer service on Best Buy's behalf. Have to order online now through other retailers. As an IT professional, this hurts me a little. I understand things happen, but customer service could have remedied it pretty easily. Photo of what was in the box is attached.
