Wait time horrible

I went to pick up, told to wait ? I wait about 15 mins in one spot while that same worker is doing other stuff infront of me. I finally went up to someone else and told to go upstairs where I could finally get my game. Go to a different bestbuy not one in the Bronx , they clearly don’t care
