But the nostalgia is solid as ever.

Not made by gamefreak, can't turn off EXP share

The sound is weird in some cases, especially with the pokemon "cries" when they first appear in the battle. I never played the original version of this generation but am a huge PKMN fan. I am underwhelmed. I am not a fan that the EXP share cannot be turned off. This is a horrible decision as it makes the game too easy. This is the second game to lock in the EXP share so I don't have much hope for the future that they'll change course.

I am a huge fan of Diamond/Pearl/platinum and was wishing for so long for a remake and here I am. The only thing I have an issue with was the huge day 1 download of like 3gb. I had the space but to require something just so the game loads up properly is kinda ridiculous. But it’s worth it. Brings me back to the good ol days, haha.

Though the character design is a bit weird I've slowly grown to like it. Before purchasing this game please note that some Pokemon are version exclusives, so please do your research before choosing between Diamon and Pearl.
