I have used polar watch products for several years. I love the way my watch works and seems to be so accurate. It has helped me to lose and maintain weight.

I got this to track my calories and help me accurately lose weight and maintain fitness. It's helping me to do just that. I feel it's accurate, but I really don't know.

I really like my polar watch, keeps me motivated as i watch my hart rate rise, and burn the calories. also water proof so i can use it in the pool as well.

It's great for my work outs to see where my heart rate is and also for seeing how many calories I burn during my workout.

I had a more complicated watch before this and I hated it. This one is simplistic and had everything I need. Only regret is not getting one with GPS tracker on it.

Great tool to have in cardiac rehab to monitor my heart rate. While it helps me exercise at a pace that is challenging, it also prevents me from overdoing it. One great feature is that the monitor is also compatible with many of the pieces of exercise equipment at the gym. Consequently the exercise equipment screens often display my heart rate while exercising. I particularly like the new feature wherein batteries can be replace in both the chest monitor AND the watch. My older Polar chest monitor was sealed and when the battery died it was worthless.

Great heart monitor. Accurate with large LCD screen. Recommend for anyone monitoring their heart rate while working out. connects quickly with watch.

Easy set up but no instructions for how to use it. When I'm in a rush to get started it's hit or miss but once it's on and working I love it.

Pretty good monitor, nice size faced for men. Only thing is the strap sometimes slip and loses connection to watch.

It's awesome. I don't have to keep checking my heart rate. It automatically checks it.
