no bad for the price, the only problem is that dosent show the distance .

This watch is very useful for monitoring your pulse, time and calories.

Easily set up and linked to the monitor. It would rate excellent if the strap was a little easier to wear and adjust. To make it fit the clasp ends up in a difficult location and when the strap is tight it does not move readily aound my body.

excelent but I like more with an app to see advance in my phone

accurate manual check of heart rate and screen is very clear

I wear a fitness tracker but use my polar when I want an accurate reading for my heart rate and calories. It even has a feature that helps keep you in your proper heart rate zone. I will be a polar user for life!

This watch is such a help to keep up with how hard I'm working during workouts. It shows my targets and when I reach them and when I need to update things it is very user friendly. It is a great addition to anyone workout.
