Charges controllers pretty fast. Really like how it stands when charging

I would not buy this on its own but it was included with my system. Provides a cleaner look to display your controller while charging, but not really needed otherwise.

Pretty convenient accessory. You have to insert a little charging clip into the USB port for it to charge on the stand, but it's not intrusive. Maybe an issue if you use the paddle attachment, though. Apart from that it works fine, though you do need to make sure it's seated properly in the charging cradle.

This is a nice wireless charger. My only complaint is that you have to attach a little piece in the charger port of the controller before putting it on the base. Therefore, if you lose this piece (like my son has), it is rendered useless. Otherwise works just fine. Just wish I had known about the piece before I gave it to my 6yr old. Live and learn.

Disappointed that I can’t plug my controller directly in to a charger, but this works. I hate how bright my controller light is, and this showcases the light. It’s ok, but it would be better if the light were directly up in my bedroom. Charges well, and I like that I’m not plugging and unplugging the charging port on the controller

I was very disappointed in this product. Went with it because it was official PS4 product and was the cheaper alternative than getting a double charger. HOWEVER, I was so disappointed in this design and function. First of all, it is a USB charger... not a DC wall charger... so you either have to plug into your PS4 and use one of the outlets... when I could already do that with existing cord...or get a USB wall charger adaptor and use it that way! My opinion... that is just poorly thought out. Why purchase this if I'm going to plug into the PS4...just as I would with existing cord? Secondly, the overall design is awful with moving parts and a separate charging adaptor to plug into the controller. Why make this so complicated just to charge the controller...AGAIN...when I could have just plugged into the PS4 directly?!? Then you have this charger adaptor you plug into the controller to then mount into the charger... that then depresses and moves down to charge? Huh? Again, maybe someone thought this was an interesting design, but I don't get it. Why have a separate adaptor piece that only fits this charger and that could be lost or damaged.... and then the rest of the goofy, moving contraption is useless! Plus, no charging light on the unit either...a small thing I admit, but another annoyance. In short, the only reason I didn't give it one star was because I think it actually was charging, but only after I went through multiple steps to set it up. Overall, a strange design and frustrating way to connect and actually charge a single controller, when I could just use the existing cord in the first place! FYI... I immediately returned this as soon as possible and spent the extra money and got a double controller charger! Also, I'm a longtime PlayStation owner having had PS2, PS3 and previous chargers for those.

Great item. Keeps the controller charged so it keeps the kids happy.

This product came free when I bought my PS4. It is great, but sometimes it doesn't work well. The controller has to be perfectly aligned for it to start charging.

This is a pretty good charger overall for my controllers. The only issue is the connection. There will be a flashing light and you have to wiggle the controller a little bit for it to find the connection. Otherwise they charge quick enough for us other than a connection issue

The only issue I found was that the controllers doesn't give a clear indication that it is still charging or not. Other than that it works like it should!
