Works perfect/compact

Meaning is has a USB cable but no way to plug it into the wall. You have to buy a USB wall plug separate.

Great for kids

Helps keep them in charged and no cords hanging around. My son has issues with the cords...so I invested in the charging station to help him and save me money.

This then slides into an area on the charging station. It's not very secure (doesn't lock in), and you sometimes have to wobble the controller to get the adapter's contacts to sit right in the cradle. Annoying.
