First you have to connect this tiny adaptor to the controller to extend the copper contacts to be able to reach the contacts on the cradle. Then you have to push down on the controller until it clicks into place on the cradle. But the spring is so soft it doesn't always click when you push down so it takes 3 or 6 tries. Then you have to find a special place to store that tiny adapter when it's not in use; otherwise, the whole thing becomes useless. So weird to make something that was easy to do into something unnecessarily longer & more complicated. You will miss the days of just plugging in the USB cable to the controller & walking away.

This charger eliminates the have cables in front of tv.

This charger doesn't work. You have to fight toget it to work. It will stop working with out touching it.

I got this item as a freebie for purchasing another PS4 accessory at Best Buy. While it gets the job done, it is pretty bulky and takes up quite a bit of space. If you are buying a charger for a controller, you may wish to consider one that holds 2 or more controllers.

Bought this because my controls would burn out easily after charging. They would stop working after a few months. Ever since i bought this my controls havent burned out.

Works great but be careful if you have younger kids using it because there is one part that is small and if you lose or break it then the entire thing is worthless.

wasn't what i expected you need to plug in one piece to controller then to the base then a brick doesn't come with one the 2 controller charger is better just slides in

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas and the best thing about it is that I used my best buy rewards and paid $5 for this product. I am sure he will love it as I did when I purchased it.

So as single chargers go this was very top of the line.

Charging is done by a little dongle that attaches to the controller, versus just plugging it into the stand. If it's not in perfect, it won't work. If you have like a silicone cover on your controller, it doesn't fit right and you have to take it off.

The charger was fine but it was not what my son needed.

I like that it had usb cord that I can hook up to ps4 kinda don’t like that I need a piece that has to attach to the controller other charger ports I didn’t need but like it

This charging dock is USB powered, and the cable provided is fairly short. It works fine but I don't see the point of having a dock if it has to be plugged in with a short USB cable. Might as well just plug it in straight into the controller's micro-USB port.
