it's a simple hard plastic cube to charge my PS4 controller. it does what it's supposed to do. there is a light on each side of the charger to let one know it's charging the controller (it blinks). i would recommend this product.

I bought this as a surprise for my husband, and he absolutely loved it! I hooked it up directly to an outlet so it charges whether the PS4 is on or not. This is probably the single best PS4 accessory I've ever purchased! Highly recommend!

I got this along with combo pack with PS4 uncharted and works perfectly.

You have to put a special adapter on the PS4 controller for it to work. No wonder these were on clearance for five dollars in the store. It does work/ just not very convenient. Would not have bought it but its mine now/LOL

Got this charger as part of a package deal. Was very impressed with the unit. Works great and is small which require very little room when not in use.

Needed something to charge my controller and at the same time a place to put it. Works as described.

Getting a new entertainment center I really made an effort to limit cable exposure. The PS4 charging cord is quite the ugly nuisance, but of course necessary. Picked this up for $12 and makes it look much cleaner. I only have 1 controller, but gives it a more clean look.

We use this docking charger all the time. I just wish the little piece stayed in better when not in use.

Works good but the little tiny piece you have to use is annoying.

Admittedly, I did not research this charger before grabbing it off the shelf. It wasn't the main thing I was buying that day and just happened to catch my eye with a cheap price. If I had known it was only a USB charger and that an adaptor was required to plug into the PS4 controller I wouldn't have picked it up. Regardless, I've given it a try for a few days and have to say that it is going back. Trying to get a connection between the charging bed and the controller is difficult as one has to press the whole thing down to engage charging. So, instead of just plugging the included Sony USB cord straight into the controller (the "stock" charging method), this one adds anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds of frustration attempts trying to make sure everything lines up perfectly. So, $15 for added annoyance is really what you're paying for.

One of my controllers won't charge without this, long story lol.

I will say I did love this product and it worked great while it lasted, this thing comes with a good sized base for the ps4 controller to sit on but then it also comes with this super tiny adapter that plugs into the mini USB port on your controller, this adapter does not securely lock into your controller and will fall off without you seeing or noticing it happening. This by far is the shadiest design yet for a charger station. I recommend the double press down style. You have to connect a little piece of plastic to your controller and then cradle in here. I do not recommend

It's great if you don't have kiddos!! The USB peice was lost within minutes and of course no one saw it with a house full of kids and a dog it's useless now

I have used different kinds of chargers for my controllers but this thing is the biggest waste of money. To charge the controller you need to plug in a dongle which sits inside the base, it fits losely so it will not stay in by itself. Spend the extra couple bucks and get the Power A double charger which is worth the money.
