    Well this is replacing an aging Energizer Battery charge and play kit I used for about 4-5 years. It has great battery life! But docking the controller on the charging station is very wonky. Not really sure what the point of the spring loaded dock is for, its very awkward and doesn't work like I think it's intended to.

    Nothing is worse than finally finding time to play and realize your controller batteries are dead. With this charger, I am always ready to go even if the kids steal a controller. I scored a series X and could not use my old charger because the upgraded controller needs a new back. This is a great deal because it comes not with the stand, new NEW series X adapter and a PAIR of batteries. No brainer.
