    This is difficult to get to work right. Controller does not sit tightly into charger. The worst thing is that it doesn't have a light to show when it's charging or full of a charge. It's just guessing based on how many hours you have it charging. Exchanging it for Insignia Side Dock Dual Battery Charger that has charging lights.

    Only works for the new style controller/battery, your regular controller will not fit properly.

    Can't charge the batteries with just a cord, must use the cradle. Other than that, Great buy.

    Worst battery life ever. Finally switched from the old one I had purchased from amazon and the battery life on this is really bad. My other set last 2-3 days before needing to go back on the charger. I took this off last night to start a movie and now the next day 15 mins into a game it's dead. No where near AA batteries as well. Really disappointed with this. Only thing I can confirm is it fits both older and new controller styles.
