The charger base is functional, but surprisingly flimsy. The spring-loaded holder system doesn't press down smoothly. Overall the charger is functional and the lighting system clearly shows when the batteries are full. I was expecting better from a Xbox licensed accessory,

Ok charger. Needs to be replaced about once a year

Wasn’t a fan. Controller wouldn’t sit right easily to charge. I felt like I was unlocking a puzzle in National Treasure and Nick Daddy Cage was yelling at me constantly. It eventually does it’s job unlike your boss, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Rechargeable batteries is nice when it charges them. The problem is that it is kinda finicky and isn't always just simply place the controller on the charging stand. Also no backup method for when the stand doesn't want to charge the batteries.

Comes with the charging dock and the AC power supply. It's an easy charge--just sit the controller on the dock and press down. It has an LED light that tells you it is charging and when it is down.

Very hard to align the battery on the back of the remote with the charger. Product feels pretty cheap and you have to do a balancing of plastic parts in order to get the recharging batteries to actually charge.

Unlike the old Xbox chargers this one has to be plugged into an outlet not a usb. Quality just so-so with a cradle that needs to be pressed down once the controller is in its place.

Cumbersome to seat the Microsoft controllers on this product. Once the controllers are properly in place the unit works great

Had to send back. Wouldn't fit controller, the battery cover for controller wouldn't close. kind of flimsy made. Not sure how it would stand up to everyday use.

Not very convenient! The joystick must be installed by microns! We will shift it a little and there will be no charging! Refused to use this charger!

Charging stand works great, but the controller backings that have to be used only fit 1 of my 3 Xbox controllers, yet all of them are directly from Microsoft.

Worked ok for few weeks then battery started disconnecting controller. Not sure why. Ended up going back to batteries

As soon as I opened the box, one of the batteries wouldn't charge effectively. I swapped controllers and was able to get it to charge. Then, about a month later, my son said it wasn't charging again. I had marked the battery, so I know which one it was. Now it's too late to return.
