I thought this would be a good purchase after reading some reviews, however I was dead wrong. The batteries will only charge on the base, so when you do run out of power you have to stop playing and rest on the base or play with a cable until you are done playing and then rest on the base to actually charge. The box states the charge will last up to 40 hours, however I was only able to play for about 5-6 hours before the batteries died. The extra cut out on the back of the controller with these gave a non Xbox feeling to the controller as I kept rubbing my fingers over it and had to look a couple times to figure out what it was. I will be returning this.

Product looks great but the one I received in the mail didn’t actually work. I haven’t yet but will be returning the product. Cheap plastic and I didn’t like that they click down to charge.

Horrible item. Stopped charging a few weeks into using it. Now does not charge whatsoever and light doesn’t work to let me know if was charging so I had to just hope for the best amd check it hours later. Also the battery pack stretched out one of my controllers so now when I put regular batteries in that controller they just roll around. Wasted $30 and change on this garbage item and another $60 on a brand new Xbox one controller. Best Buy your return policy is awful and I Blame this purely on you. You make your returns extremely difficult and the employees could care less about helping.

The battery life isnt all that great. Batteries have to be charged after maybe 10 hours of use. Im not all that impressed with this product.

Purchased this a week ago along with a brand new controller. A few days ago, I put on a controller to top off the charge (brand new controller, by the way). I thought it was odd that it was still charging after an hour since I knew it was mostly full, so I picked it up to check. The battery and controller were HOT, way hotter than a battery should ever get. I took the battery out of the controller and set it on the counter. 20 minutes later the battery was still warm. I did not feel safe using this product so I returned it.

Flimsy and inconsistent. Its dang near impossible to get the batteries to charge. Go with another brand!

Decent product, I received a faulty battery pack. The other works fine. If both were working I would of given it 5 stars.

Worked good for the most part but the batteries only lasted a year before I had to purchase new ones.

It doesn’t work for the Xbox one X controllers but other than that it’s a OK aftermarket charger

Package was delivered but it was almost opened. But the contents are safe inside. Poor handling of package.

Didn’t last more than 3 months. Save your money and get a better one.

Didn't work like I thought it would the battery started to die a bit to fast after being fully charged.

Back covered only fit on 1 controller. To get it lat perfect to charge is a pain

Everything works perfectly however the battery life for these are absolutely horrible

The charger does not work unless you put weight on the controller to keep it clicked into the charge position. Not worth the price or your time. Luckily I have something that is the perfect weight. Unless the orange light is on it is not charging.p

In only the second week one of the charging ports stopped working entirely. If the product is suppose to be able to used with two at a time what is the purpose of it just breaks after so little use?

Terrible battery life and one of the batteries came defective right out of the box. The battery won't charge and the base just blinks red constantly. The battery that does manage to charge doesn't last long at all. Maybe 2 hours tops.
