Every thought you were better at COD:WARZONE but you keep getting smoked? Well get these sticks and start collecting checks. The wired pro controller is so nice and accurate when you press the buttons. Game play has gotten better + the 4 paddles underneath really can help make your response time quicker and more likely to get that next shot off better than ever

The trigger locks are ineffective. The triggers have to be pushed all the way in for them to work. Locking them at the mid and short pull did not work for Call of Duty. If you can live without that feature it is a good controller.

It was a good controller. WAS. I was able to map buttons to the pedals beneath the handles but the controller itself didn't last more than 3 weeks before refusing to power back on again. Following this, my xbox one went comatose 4 weeks after. Idk what's up with either product but I tried everything to get them working and nothing. Just nothing. It's a shame too. I managed to get Cyberpunk 2077 working without any game breaking bugs and one morning my xbox just refused to go anywhere beyond the restart screen. But the controller, I think, only lasted so long because it was powered via cable and I guess an "update" occurred as I pulled my controller out of the port for the 5th time and it never worked since.

Nothing wrong with controller it’s great but the service toward customer wasn’t great. Was trying to purchase another item, a figure, that was on a peg with another one the same exact figure and valued at 17.99 but rang up as 24.99. All the other figures of the same brand were marked at 17.99 but they would not value it because it was on the wrong peg which 2 employees started fixing the figures and told me they were all wrong after I explained that there wasn’t any pegs for 24.99 which I took a picture of the peg it was on.Best Buy employees need to make sure there items are priced correctly. Very disappointed.

The controller has plenty of really good features much like what you would want from more expensive brands. It also comes with a nice case with room for all the spare attachments. The only thing I could say negatively is that the provided cable is crazy long, but that's such a user-specific gripe since I mainly play on a pc and don't require a long cable

Good controller for competitive gamers. To be quiet honest this is a better than the elite series 2. I had two of those and both came with problems. Also the sticks on the elite series 2 are too stiff. if you're ok with the controller being wired Save yourself the hassle and money and get these instead. ES2 is not worth it.
