    Save your money. I'd buy multiple of the latest standard xbox controllers (for their price and quality) over one elite controller any day. They last just as long (if not longer), are comfortable, and in the event that one breaks (after prolonged use) its much cheaper to replace, plus you have back-ups, and don't have to deal with potential configuration issues (like with these). I've owned all types of xbox controllers (even Scuff) and in my opinion, the standard ones are the way to go.
