I love it but the head phone jack cones on and out

Took off extra buttons to fit hand.

Definitely design flaws

Luckily power a honored their warranty but after the 3rd replacement they did refuse another replacement even though I was only about 6 months into my warranty. I upgraded to the elite series 2 and couldn't be happier

Received a used and broken controller

What I received was a used, crusty and musty controller with broken triggers.

Stopped working after a month and the audio sucks

I can hear myself through my headphones and in game it's super quiet. If you have an xbox one controller already I recommend just buying a strike pack.

Just sold it as she didn’t want to sit closer to the tv than I do
