Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Fusion Pro Wired Controller's quality, paddles, ease of use, and overall feel, with many praising its weight and grip. However, customers are negative about the wired connection and some reported issues with stick drift and triggers. A few users also mentioned concerns about button durability and cord length. The controller is considered a good alternative to higher-priced competitors.

This ok controller is basically a knock off of the elite 2 controller. Very heavy.

Controller does what it says but has flaws

Has a nice feel, better than standard xbox one controller. I am a casual gamer that plays fps (warzone) mostly. The upgraded thumb sticks are nice. The fast triggers are the best part about this controller IMO. However, with warzone, I have to switch the trigger modes in game to be able to drive a vehicle at speed. For some reason the quick setting of triggers does not operate vehicles like normal. The vehicles have no speed. So I've gotten used to clicking the trigger modes back and forth in game, as a workaround. Luckily the trigger switch is close enough to the triggers that this is possible. It works, but not ideal... I honestly think it's a big big flaw.... for me, for warzone, this controller is OK. Barely better than my xbox controller, which for the cost is upsetting.

Purchased for my boyfriend for Christmas. He got less than two months of light use before the buttons started failing; rendering the controller useless. Totally waste of money.

    Faulty Wiring

Worked great for the first month. And then tonight, I was playing with friends and the absolute LOUDEST deafening static shrieked through my headset without warning and limited my hearing for the next 20 minutes. I figured my headset was faulty, so I went to my backup headset (which, by the way, has only been used twice and is brand new) and the same thing happened. I plugged both headsets into my old controllers and there was no issue. There must be faulty wiring or the headset port must have an issue, but now I'm out of luck with no solution. Also, after going to the home screen of my Xbox I plugged it back in only to find that every time I even just went through different options with the analog stick, they came through the headset 500% louder in a mangled static noise.

not enough space for all four paddles. causes the microphone to echo for others and gets static,(tested this out with 2 different mics) but i mean its nice if you don't mind annoying your friends with the echo. I plan on returning this and go for the elite controller.

It’s okay for the price. Controller feels kind of flimsy. Paddles move quite a bit making it hard to use. I really think for the extra $100 the elite two is miles better. Such a complete controller.

Was a solid alternative to an elite controller for a short time. Between firmware update and general use consistency and accuracy became a struggle. Ultimately could not use it because of the growing latency and inaccuracy of controls in game.

These controllers feel great and all but about 1 in every 10 don’t work. I was one of those unfortunate people who tried 2 but didn’t even turn on. They most use a pretty flimsy usb cable.

It lasted less than a month. The RB works when it wants to, it took a lot of fiddling when I first got it because I had the common mic problem a lot of others had. The paddle placement is awkward but I'm used to Razer and Scuff controllers.

Only had for 1 week and left stick had issues and controller had phantom button presses. Read reviews, others had similar issues. Glad I had in a week so I could return.
