Trash
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So bad. The paddles will wear out in about 5 months if you game a lot. Best buys warranty is kinda trash. I had already gotten it warrantied and it went out again. They made pay another 30 bucks for the warranty. Very unsatisfied. I paid for a 2 year warranty. Don't buy this controller and don't buy it from best buy. Got garbage. Done something else

Worked ok for about a month
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Left joystick not working right after about 2-3 month of use. Default controller lasted 3 years. When walking in halo 5 it keeps stuttering and when I try to sprint it just stops most of the time unless I am pushing the left joystick slightly left or right. It’s super annoying

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paddles didn’t work out the box I had to make adjustments myself and even then they would only work sometimes just save the money and get an elite that’s what I did

okay
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the paddles on the back are very fragile, it’s not worth the almost $90 I payed for. I don’t even use the controller but I can’t take it back because of the best buy return policy.

Thumbstick issue
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thumbstick is nearly unresponsive when turning to the upper left out of box. Made some games nearly unplayable. Didn't have this for more than a week before giving up since it just got worse. This controller was super comfortable and wonderful otherwise. I am sure mine was just bad luck. Personally, I would wait until it's on sale if you're wanting to push your luck. It is a shame because I have loved wired PowerA controllers for years. Any advice on this issue is warmly welcomed.

only if you have small hands
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.controller is way to small for someone with bigger hands. cheap plastic feel to it , no tension adjustment to the joysticks. the only good thing is the price

Not very good
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not worth the price. Controller tends to have a drift every 3 months of using just save for a scuf.

A solid budget friendly alternative to the xbox el
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this controller a few months ago and have had sometime to put it to the test. Out of box, you'll find it has a really nice amount of weight to it. It is most definitely heavier than your standard Xbox controller. I pretty much only play FPS like COD and Battlefield, so I mainly purchased this because of the paddles on the back. The programming is super simple and I find the paddles work great. It comes with four paddles but I only use the top two. The accessories that come with the controller are surprisingly useful. I've switched out the stock thumbsticks for the longer ones and I love having the rounded thumbsticks for my right thumb (much more accurate). I also like how the input connections are really solid. On my stock controller I was having really annoying problems with the usb connector signalling off and on which made for an unplayable experience, also my headphones (which work perfectly fine) was cutting in and out of my normal controller. Thankfully, the fusion pro has dealt with this issue by making these connecting mechanisms fasten securely. Another reason I bought the controller was for the adjustability of the bottom triggers so that I can aim and shoot quicker. However, I was disappointed that there is not much difference, and it's certainly not a hair trigger like the elite has. Ultimately, I ended up playing flipped for my trigger layout, which I was hoping to avoid considering Xbox controller ergonomics is meant for the hand to be on the bottom triggers more. So far all the buttons still work and this controller has helped me take my playing to a higher level. If you're use to playing on an elite, then I don't know how happy you're going to be with this because it's a budget option. Don't expect the same product when it costs half the price - use logic. But if you are use to playing on a stock Xbox controller for FPS, then this is worth the upgrade.

Came dead on arrival wouldn't get refunded.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came dead on arrival I tried to ship it back I had to go thr store 2 times to no avail though it wasn't there fault the manager kept saying that they never sent a return label which does not make any sense at all after calling 4 times they said to talk to s manager after 4 days and then it was a couple days late. First one I owned worked probably the best xbox pro controller you can get for the price if you can play wired.

Lasted 3 months. Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is possibly the worst possible controller on the market. I bought this controller under 3 months ago and 2 week ago my top back button wasn’t working so I had to transition the top two paddles to bottom two paddles. Then today my left trigger is jammed to the point the controller is unusable. $80 for a cool case for a terrible quality controller. My controllers always last long and I treat them with care.

Defective Headphone Jack
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphone kept breaking. I reached to the company in reference the original purchase purchased 9/20/2020. In the mean, I bought another one for son. This time I purchased the insurance. Within a month. As of 12/10, the headphone jack was broken in both the second purchase and the replacements sent by Power A.
