Our daughter has really been wanting this controller for a while. So, I bought it for her for Christmas. Total waste of money. Not only was it not worth the eighty dollars, but there are certain headsets that do not work correctly with it. Even with the latest drivers installed (which have to be done with a comp instead of an app installed on the xbox), the controller constantly had problems with multiple headsets used.

Wasn’t worth the money save it an buy an elite. Will save you hundreds in the long run

the cord is one thing that i hate and then the controller just don't feel like other Xbox controllers

The plastic part that holds the paddles on the back of the controller broke a month into usage. The paddles were the primary reason I purchased this controller. I've seen other reviews that note the same issue. I submitted a request for replacement part on PowerA's warranty site. To this point, PowerA has not been helpful with resolving my issue.

Owned for only five months and it’s already broken beyond use. The left joystick stopped working for running and I have to slam the buttons to get them to work. I put my controller away every night and take pretty good care of it. So the package of this controller should read “ 5 MONTH CONTROLLER”

The controller for the first month was amazing. But not even 2 months in it's falling apart

Joy sticks are a bit to stiff and the controller overall isn't as comfortable and feels heavy.

Great controller but I've been having disconnection ISSUES..... but its WIRED!!!! SMH

I didnt have an issue until a month after I purchased it. Thankfully it broke just one day after the bestbuy 30 day warranty expired so now I have a busted Power A controller which is nice.

Cheaply made it breaks so easily and so over priced for it too!

I personally do not like how it feels in my hand and the paddels are low quality

When purchased I thought it would perform much like the mod pack but the paddles are flimsy. Also the audio jack can get tweaked pretty easy if you miss-handle it, as a result mine has to be in a certain position to work with my mic. Very unfortunate, go with the series 2 elite or a mod pack.

Don’t waste your money. The mappable pro pack died on me after about 3 months of normal use. I work full time and primarily use mouse and keyboard so my controller rarely gets any play time but it still broke. Spend the extra money and get a scuf or the Xbox elite controller. What a waste

I ordered this to play on pc and it doesn’t even work I need help

Purchased this yesterday. Ever since I have started using it the "B" button sticks. Very difficult to "get the competitive edge" with sticky buttons. Will return, but very annoyed to have to walk into the store during COVID as this was a store pickup where they brought my purchase to my car.

Was a dis functional controller on the right thumb stick. Had drift. Where I live theres been bad batches everywhere of these controllers both first gen and second gen. Idk when I’ll ever be able to get another that works.

One of the buttons stop working after 3 weeks of use

this controller feels and looks so good but... mine simply doesn’t even turn on. i tried everything and the cord and controller is brand new and it just doesn’t turn on. tried to turn it on on my pc and my xbox and nothing controller wouldn’t even light up...

Quality was not what I was expecting. Ended up returning product.
