Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Fusion Pro Wired Controller's quality, paddles, ease of use, and overall feel, with many praising its weight and grip. However, customers are negative about the wired connection and some reported issues with stick drift and triggers. A few users also mentioned concerns about button durability and cord length. The controller is considered a good alternative to higher-priced competitors.

Got this for my little cousin. We both game heavily and use pro modded controllers. This is a good entry level controller instead of buying the 150+ ones available…. It has all the features you need like paddles ect

Great Controller With A Few Issues

I bought this to play Rocket League on PC primarily. I learned using the paddles so I cannot go back. I enjoyed this controller but had to use my Geek Squad plan to get a newer one (Fusion Pro 2). The reason being the grip started to deteriorate 9-10 months into ownership. I am very easy on my controllers and don't ever play with dirty hands and keep it clean but the grip just started falling apart. With that said though I am sure YMMV on that aspect and everything else about this controller was great! All the face buttons and triggers were responsive. I have had stock xbox controllers with mispressing buttons out of the box so that was a nice surprise. I didn't expect too much at this price point but I was very satisfied!

This is the only controller I run when playing on my PC. It's affortable, optionable, and better than the Xbox Elite controller.

Comes close but not close enough in my book

Let me start out by saying the controller is beautiful and feels really solid in my hands. The wire wasn't an issue but even for my current setup, the cord was almost too short. My main issue lies with the button mapping. I think Microsoft might be partially at fault for this but still none the less the whole reason I wanted the added paddles were to map buttons to those paddles and for the previous mapped buttons no longer do anything. Example would be I want to switch the left thumbstick click to a paddle and the left thumbstick click no longer do anything. I think I've come to the conclusion that the only way I'm going to get this feature is by buying the Microsoft elite controller since they have specifically designed their controller and it is made to work with their button mapping in the in-game accessories. This controller will probably meet 90% of the people's needs that want an elite controller without the hefty price tag, but unfortunately for me this controller doesn't make the cut.

The controller is decent overall, especially for the price. It feels nice in the hands, and the grip is nice. I like the ability to change the joysticks and faceplate. The downside I have come across is that the left joystick stopped letting me run after a month, but the company did send a replacement without any issues. The bad thing is I have come across this same issue at times with the replacement after a couple of months now. the paddles on the back are nice to have but the buttons they compress are plastic and have worn down quickly. This means at times the paddles don't press down right so they won't work like they should.

I loved this controller when I got it. Been using it for about a month now. The umm... Mappable pro pack... Yeah... That's a problem. The plastic was not a good choice. I have looked everywhere for a replacement but can't seem to find one that doesn't have to be bought with a whole new controller. Everything else works great but I get a lot of use out of my pro pack but the plastic is wearing thin and the mapping buttons are wearing very thin. I had one fall right out. MID GAME. They need to sell replaceables. I'm gonna call power a tomorrow to see if I can have them send me a new one because I can't even use it. But other than the map. pro pack it's amazing stick are fine, the case gets stuck on the home button every now and again but it's the cheapest option for a good controller.

    Good but not for me

I have been playing on a Xbox controller for a while and when I came across this controller I decided to give it a try because it was a step up from the standard controller and was cheaper than the elite series 2 and a Scuf controller. Out of the box I felt that this controller was a lot heavier than a standard Xbox Controller. When I plugged it in to play I immediately did not like the feel of the triggers. Lastly the bottom paddles are a little hard to reach. You might like this if you prefer a heavy controller but this was not for me.

Replaced my elite controller with this A+

So I've had two elite controllers before this, I went to go pickup my preorder for the elite controller series 2 and saw this and decided to save $100, because why not? I already only use wired for the latency advantage anyway. The feel is slightly cheaper, but really negligible to be honest. I like that it was really simple to program and that I don't need to use an app to program the paddles. I had the three adjustable trigger heights and has the paddles in almost the exact same location as my old elite controller. It also comes with a manufacturer 2 year warranty when you register it after purchase.

    Great controller compared to elite

I bought 2 of these wired “elite” controllers around Christmas after I had an elite controller for about 2 years and it is by far the best controller I’ve ever had. In my opinion it’s better than the elite. It’s much easier to set up and map the paddles. Elite you had to download an app to do that. It was money definitely well spent to be able to get 2 of them for the price of one elite. I definitely recommend to anyone that’s debating to get this or the elite.
