I used Geek Squad’s Appliance Haul Away Service when replacing my old appliances, and I’m really glad I did. The team arrived on time and handled the haul-away quickly and professionally. They took away my old washer and dryer without any hassle, leaving the space clean and ready for the new units. It was such a relief not having to figure out how to dispose of bulky appliances myself. The service was straightforward, and the price was reasonable for the convenience. This is a pretty good dishwasher, the only complaint is the fact that has an unpleasant smell after the dishes are washed and the machine is dry. However, now I’m leaving its door a bit open and the smell disappears without bringing a bad smell in the kitchen so problem solved. Also I saw some complaints about not drying the dishes completely. That is true if you proceed to get the dishes out the moment the cycle is done. So I’m starting the dishwasher before leaving for work and hours later when I’m back home the dishes are dry. Other then that everything works like a charm and I’m happy with my purchase

Great dishwasher delivered and installed professionally. We’ve had very positive experience with this brand of dishwashers therefore we chose to order one for our apartment in Manhattan. One person, all by himself, brought the dishwasher to our 28th floor apartment, removed the old one and installed it. He knew exactly what needed to be done to correctly connect the water line, drain line, and electric line. And he was very pleasant throughout the process.

We had a difi ult install and relocation. This was for an upstairs appartment in a very old run down university town home. Very narrow twisting stair case for them to navigate. Going in I thiught they would show up take a look and say no. They did nit say a word took the old frig out brought the new one in with no complaits. The delivery team for Oshkosh WI. Deserves high praise for a job well done.

I was lucky enough to get my delivery window narrowed down from 7AM-7PM to 8AM-12PM. They showed up around at 8:30AM; two gentlemen and my TV in their delivery truck. I opted for the haul away option because it was cheaper than a traditional haul away service AND I didn't have to break my own back trying to get my TV off the wall mount. Or did I.... The gentleman told me that I needed to get the TV off of the mount for the haul away; I was a bit surprised to hear that that was the case. I didn't make a fuss and simply replied if he could help me bring it down (a 65" brick). He obliged and we both grabbed a corner of the TV and brought it down. Once it was down, he did make sure to remove the wall mount hooks off the TV (I supplied my own power tool for them to use). At my age, I'm still a bit like spring chicken, but I can't imagine someone who is less springy try to bring down a large TV at the request of the delivery team. I'm not sure if I got a unique team to come over, but it still was surprising. I took a star off for that. Maybe two..but they were definitely friendly. Anyway, the other gentleman single handedly grabbed the TV and stowed it away in their delivery track. So in conclusion, Best Buy's haul away option is still very cost effective with respect to other haul away teams you'd find on Yelp, but you may get asked to bring your TV down...maybe. That is the main reason why I paid for the service: (1) Bring my TV off the mount to save my own back and (2) haul it away to be processed in an appropriate recycling facility. I purchased 3 major appliances from Best Buy over the past 30 days: washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I opted for haul away service on all 3, partly because of the convenience and partly because of the fact that the items would be recycled after removal. Haul away was done by the same team that delivered the replacement items. As was the case with delivery, the crew was efficient and thoroughly professional. I especially appreciated the fact that they waited to allow me time to clean the floor after removal of the existing appliances.

The gents who arrived with my new stove hauled the old one away like it was nothing (which is always impressive given the annoying amount of stairs to my door and the narrow space around it). They were very polite and professional. I could have had someone local haul it away for the scrap for free, but I didn't quite trust their ability to get it out of my home and leave my home unscathed, so I decided to drop the extra money to pay for them to take it. I do still thin haul away should be cheaper because you just know they're making a bit of extra cash on the crap metal, but oh well.

The delivery professionals did a wonderful job. They used large straps and actually carried, not rolled, the old refrigerator out of our house and carried the new refrigerator into our house. They removed all of the wrapped and packing material and turned the new refrigerator on. The freezer and refrigerator reached their normal operating temperature within a couple of hours. They called about 30 minutes before they arrive and were very profesinal in every respecgt.

They removed the stove carefully and quickly. They had great respect for the home and property. They even cleaned the area prior to the installation of new stove. Highly recommend.

This haul-away and recycling service made the whole appliance upgrade process so much easier. The team showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and removed my old unit without leaving a scratch or mess behind. They were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I also appreciated that they took care of the recycling part—I didn’t have to worry about how to dispose of the old appliance. It’s a great option if you don’t have a truck or just want to avoid the stress of heavy lifting and local dump runs. Overall, it was smooth, quick, and well worth the added convenience.

I had disconnected everything on our 41 year old GE Profile. I am now officially too old and parts are no longer available. Large box truck arrived and a "youngster" (sans moving truck) picked it up and carried it out to the truck where an assistant helped put it into the truck. He picked up the new dish washer and (also sans moving truck) and set it in front of where the new washer was to fit. Easy-peazy. . . I eventually did the install myself. The supposed separate "install kit" was totally wrong and a waste of $50.

totally worth it. the guys who installed the fridge also took away the old.. they were careful about not nicking the walls and did a great job. there's no way we could have handled the old fridge and it would have cost at least as much to rent a truck and pay the dump fees. i'm glad i signed up for this, everything was done lickety split! give these guys a raise!

Professionally haul away and recycle your old item, or move it to another spot in your home is worth it. Easy and quick.

Had my appliance professionally installed and was glad to make this choice. The appliances are heavy and require more than one person to bring it upstairs, in addition too disconnect and haul away the old appliance. The installation crew was very cautious and respectful about our living space, taking time to answer any questions, and making sure we were satisfied before leaving. I've always purchased my appliances through here and have the licensed professional take care of these, and will continue to do so.

The guys that installed my new washer/dryer took away my old combo set. They were careful to not damage my furniture and took away fast and efficiently my old stuff to get recycled or whatever BB does with older washer and dryers. Their truck was big so they had no issues loading it out and taking it away. One of the reasons I bought my new set from BB was this service an worked great.

We received awesome service from Best Buy and their installers! They kept me up-to-date on when my delivery was coming. They got it set up less than 30 minutes, tested the gas line, gave me a tutorial and answered my many questions. They are awesome!

They were up to the challenge. Older house, pre 1900. Steep narrow cellar stairs. It is a 8 foot drop with 6 steps, maybe 4 feet in total length. They had to watch not hitting their heads or get their hands caught on the sides. No damage to old or new machine. Total time from start to finish, including hookup, maybe 45 minutes, tops. very polite and gave my wife instruction on use. She had a lot of questions, believe me.

These guys were amazing. They brought the washer in with no problems, no bumps, no issues. They were friendly, efficient and excellent. Then they hooked up the new washer and took the old one away with no issues. They were great

This refrigerator is almost perfect. 1) love the style 2) love how deep it is. 3) Thanksgiving with this frigerated made the day perfect, Lots of room 4) I am big guy, so i have to watch my strength sometimes when shutting the left door. With the sealing piece in the center of the doors. I am afraid i may break this piece some day. With that being said I am still happy with my purchase.
