The haul away service was just a great as the installation. Same team did it and was very careful and mindful of the item and the house. Made sure not to damage anything and did things quickly.

Our delivery drivers removed the old fridge from the house and carried it down a flight of stairs using only straps around their shoulders. They made it look effortless. They took extreme care not to bump the doorways. I cant thank them enough. Great job guys.

I purchased a LG washer and dryer and could not be happier! My old appliances had seen better days and so I was waiting for a sale at Best Buy. Then I said goodbye to the old appliances and the new ones were delivered. I have one complaint - and I don't think you can help me with this. I could not use the new appliances for almost a week because my boyfriend got up early to do the laundry and I could not stop him from doing this - he was so happy to have a new washer and dryer that he totally took over the laundry.

The gents who arrived with my new stove hauled the old one away like it was nothing (which is always impressive given the annoying amount of stairs to my door and the narrow space around it). They were very polite and professional. I could have had someone local haul it away for the scrap for free, but I didn't quite trust their ability to get it out of my home and leave my home unscathed, so I decided to drop the extra money to pay for them to take it. I do still thin haul away should be cheaper because you just know they're making a bit of extra cash on the crap metal, but oh well.

The dryer works great and the controls are easy to use. We really like the larger capacity and that the light is timed. Lint screen could be larger and easier to clean.

Removal went smoothly. Preparing removal went quickly. No smashed walls on the way out.

The dishwasher has been great, been running well. I think the installer installed the unit on a slight tilt after looking it over closely with a level. Its very subtle and it does not bother me but not a perfect install.

Before delivering my new freezer the delivery people needed to remove my old freezer. They did a quick and professional job removing the old freezer. It was in my garage. I had moved things so there was room but not that much extra. They got the old one out without brushing the boxes still there.

I ordered a new Whirlpool stove and over-the-stove microwave installation. In addition to the items, I also opted to have my old stove and over-the-stove microwave removed and hauled away. The technicians were incredibly quick with the installation, very thorough, and friendly. They removed the old items and installed the new ones in about an hour without any issues or additional hidden costs. The new stove and microwave look fantastic. They did a quick job of removing and loading in the new machine while removing the other one. They came earlier than est. and was quick in and out to make it easier for my day off to get other things done. They even started it up on the quick wash to make sure it was running correct etc.

Installers got my machine out of a tight spot and carried it downstairs. They even attempted to get something out of the machine that was stuck under the agitator, which was above and beyond the job they were there to do. I certainly wouldn't have been able to do this job without them.

Our county has bulk pickup but we elected to use the haul away service when our new washer was installed. The whole process went very smoothly and we're glad that there' a chance at least some of the old washer can be recycled.

This is a pretty good dishwasher, the only complaint is the fact that has an unpleasant smell after the dishes are washed and the machine is dry. However, now I’m leaving its door a bit open and the smell disappears without bringing a bad smell in the kitchen so problem solved. Also I saw some complaints about not drying the dishes completely. That is true if you proceed to get the dishes out the moment the cycle is done. So I’m starting the dishwasher before leaving for work and hours later when I’m back home the dishes are dry. Other then that everything works like a charm and I’m happy with my purchase

Great dishwasher delivered and installed professionally. We’ve had very positive experience with this brand of dishwashers therefore we chose to order one for our apartment in Manhattan. One person, all by himself, brought the dishwasher to our 28th floor apartment, removed the old one and installed it. He knew exactly what needed to be done to correctly connect the water line, drain line, and electric line. And he was very pleasant throughout the process.
