Q: Do you disconnect the dishwasher as part of the haul away service?
A: Nope! The guys just left and refused to take my old dishwasher because it wasn't already disconnected. Nowhere does it say that the old appliance must be disconnected. Since placing the order three days ago, I've received FIVE separate communications from Best Buy saying that removal of the new product packaging and hauling away of the product being replaced was included in my order but no mention in any of them that the old appliance had to be disconnected. When they got here they simply refused to take it and just shrugged their shoulders when I protested. On top of that, they were ready to leave with the new dishwasher still in the box until I asked them to remove the box. Then the one guy said he would cancel it but it wouldn't go through and so he put it as pending but told me it was cancelled. Now I have to get the old dishwasher out, which would have been a whole lot easier without the new one sitting in the middle of my kitchen blocking the way. Couldn't be more DISSATISFIED.

A: Just remove everything from inside and if you want the opportunity to clean underneath before a new one is installed, be on at ready to take the 5 minutes you'll have to clean it. hope this helps

A: No, The installers where horrible. I paid to have my old fridge moved to another part of my house, which required the doors of the fridge to be removed (the new fridge needed the same thing), and they refused to do it, stating that they dont want to be liable if it gets damaged.... Yet they are willing to do it with my brand new fridge? It seemed like they were even going to be willing to move it at all if I couldnt remove the doors myself... What did I pay for exactly?
