Well, this was a replacement for the previous dishwasher. It is exactly the same model. Sadly, the previous one konked out after 2 years. It worked like a champ until it didn't. The new one works fine. We do 2 loads per day most days.

I read reviews about iffy deliveries of refridgerators. However, mine was thankfully great. I did prep things a little more than most people might. I took off the doors of my old fridge they hauled away as it needed to fit through the doorways in my home without the doors. The delievery folks had no problem doing the same with the new fridge, having to remove the doors to properly move the fridge in and them install them back on. Then getting fridge completely set up for me. There were efficient but they didn't cut corners. I was satisfied. I don't take it for granted that this delivery was problem free and the way it should be done. I know I had to pay extra for the delivery and the haul away of the old fridge which always stings a bit when you're making a big appliance purchase, but it was worth it in the end.

The first time we replaced our fridge, they hauled away our old one. Then the new one didn't fit, and they took the new one and replaced with another new one. So glad I was not doing this myself!

Live samsung. Iven works great. Can control everything remotely. Would recommend this product. Large capacity to cook multiple items.

Bought a replacement dishwasher with installation and this carry away service. Nowhere in either service did it mention that disconnect was included. So I disconnected and pulled out the old unit and put it in the dining room. After hooking up and installing the new unit (which we love) they took the old unit away. Hooray!

Installer was fantastic and professional. Even let me know that my hot water valve was corroded (which is was) and was prepared to replace it with an additional fee. Was very upfront about the cost and showed the old valve vs the new, and walked me through how to work the dishwasher before hauling away the old one.

The installers were wonderful, my prior dishwasher was so old ( pre 1997 when I moved in) that the installers explained why and how they needed to install a new electric box, and while they were checking, noticed some leaking and out in two new valves, they were courteous, thorough, and left no mess

The refrigerator was professionally installed and delivered. The two workers were able to quickly take out the old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator while also providing a quick walkthrough and confirmed that the new unit was cooling. Would highly recommend! This is the 3rd time I've purchased an appliance from Best Buy and their deliver service have always delivered great service. Thank you!

The technician have been very good, quickly and with no problems removed my old washer and dryer and hauled it away. No additional charges beyond contractural fee!

The guys that came and hauled away my old dryer and washer were super cool. great customer service. They were super careful even though I told them it's an old house nothing to worry about. Best Buy in Appleton y'all are legends.

Pretty standard stuff here. They pulled the old fridge out and removed it. I recommend this service because who wants to do that kind of stuff in the middle of getting a new refrigerator?

Removal of my old refrigerator was smooth and fast. They were very careful not to damage the floors.
