When the new washer was delivered the contracted installers wisely determined that the water supply needed to be looked at by a plumber. They told me to contact Best Buy when this happened, and the pickup of the old washer could happen then (along with installation). Plumber came, fixed the line, and completed the installation. Using the on-line chat, I was able to schedule a new pick-up date for the old washer. I honestly thought it would be a problem to get this done, and it wasn't an issue at all.

The men who delivered and installed the new fridge and removed and hauled away the old one were excellent. They were courteous, very careful not to damage our home and very happy to help us understand the basic operation of the new fridge. They were great.

I’m very glad we paid the extra fee to have our old dryer hauled away when we had the dryer install done. They were in and out in under one hour, and we didn’t have to figure out what to do with the old one.
