We received awesome service from Best Buy and their installers! They kept me up-to-date on when my delivery was coming. They got it set up less than 30 minutes, tested the gas line, gave me a tutorial and answered my many questions. They are awesome!

I am so glad I picked delivery. I live in apartments. They did everything for me! Brought up my new fridge & took away my old one! Service guys were very friendly!

The two team members brought the fridge out in no time and professionally done. They were careful not to bump into any of our furniture and recycled our old fridge too.

Well, this was a replacement for the previous dishwasher. It is exactly the same model. Sadly, the previous one konked out after 2 years. It worked like a champ until it didn't. The new one works fine. We do 2 loads per day most days.

I read reviews about iffy deliveries of refridgerators. However, mine was thankfully great. I did prep things a little more than most people might. I took off the doors of my old fridge they hauled away as it needed to fit through the doorways in my home without the doors. The delievery folks had no problem doing the same with the new fridge, having to remove the doors to properly move the fridge in and them install them back on. Then getting fridge completely set up for me. There were efficient but they didn't cut corners. I was satisfied. I don't take it for granted that this delivery was problem free and the way it should be done. I know I had to pay extra for the delivery and the haul away of the old fridge which always stings a bit when you're making a big appliance purchase, but it was worth it in the end.

The old washing machine was hauled away. The crew was very careful with walls and door entrance as they were exiting.

Quick and professional, they were able to get my old washer/dryer downstairs through a narrow stairwell in minutes with no damage to the walls.

My delivery of our new washer and dryer coyldnt have been simpler. They shoowed up right on time and were in and out in 5 mins. They hauled the old stuff away like if weighed nothing and thanked us more than we shiukd have thanked them. Would definitely recommed

I had disconnected everything on our 41 year old GE Profile. I am now officially too old and parts are no longer available. Large box truck arrived and a "youngster" (sans moving truck) picked it up and carried it out to the truck where an assistant helped put it into the truck. He picked up the new dish washer and (also sans moving truck) and set it in front of where the new washer was to fit. Easy-peazy. . . I eventually did the install myself. The supposed separate "install kit" was totally wrong and a waste of $50.

Tech was very respectful. Did not waste time. Hauled away the old equipment and got the new installed in no time.

The first time we replaced our fridge, they hauled away our old one. Then the new one didn't fit, and they took the new one and replaced with another new one. So glad I was not doing this myself!

I was very happy with the two gentlemen that both delivered the new fridge and removed the old one. They communicated well, were professional, and were very careful while delivering the new and removing the old refrigerator.

He did a good job hauling away the old dishwasher. They were very careful not to dirty my house floor and break anything thank you.
