Professional crew. Easy process. Delivered my washer and hauled away my old one in 15 minutes.

I was following the deliver on the Best Buy link. The guys arrived on time and hauled away my old refrigerator. They brought the refrigerator through the front door and were extra careful with my wooden floor and walls. They were very knowledgeable and make sure everything was installed properly. The installation was very quickly.

So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. This was very useful. Especially if you're replacing an old appliance you WANT this service. It's absolutely worth it. They'll remove your old broken item and dispose of it properly so you don't have to. Or if you bought a new item and just want to move the older one to a different room in your home they can do that as well. The contractors who came to install are the same ones who will handle this service. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls. They removed my old broken item without much fuss.

They hauled away my heavy washing machine with ease, in and out in under 10 minutes.

The professional haul away from Best Buy was great! Two guys came in my house and disconnected my old, malfunctioning, washing machine and took it away for good. I haven't seen the old washing machine since they took it away. I'm not sure what they do with the old machines, but one thing is for sure, I'm sure glad I'm not an old washing machine being taken away by professional haul away by Best Buy. Speaking of hauling things away, I wish that the professional haul away team from Best Buy would haul away all the water pouring into my sump pump hole every minute of every day! My sump pump is coming on every 30 seconds or so. It's really astonishing how much water is being pumped out of my basement every single day. It should start to dry up sometime around June, hopefully. Recently I installed a Blink wifi camera so that I can keep an eye on the sump pump when I'm not home, just to make sure everything is ok down there. The camera works great! It has excellent night vision so I can see that the pump is working I the dead of night. It was super easy to set up with the Blink app as well! I would definitely recommend Blink wifi cameras to all my friends! You know, it's funny, I used to provide these regular "Sump Pump Update Update, with Chance Daily" (Chance Daily is my made-up newscaster name) to my friends, but now with the Blink camera, I can just share video clips of the sump pump in action! Anyway, I definitely recommend Best Buy's professional haul away to take away any unneeded appliances you may have at home!

Delivery and haul away were done very professionally and efficiently. We could not believe that only one person did all of this. He did an excellent job, and we were completely satisfied with the job that he did. We could not have asked for anything more, over and above our expectations!

I really liked that they hauled away my old washer and dryer. I did not like that when the people who set up my new washer and dryer forgot something and came back to get it pounding on my garage door and yelling that they needed to come back in instead of coming up the stairs and knocking on my door to let me know they had forgotten something and needed to get back into the garage to get it back.

The delivery team not only installed my new dishwasher flawlessly, but they also hauled away my old appliance and made sure it was recycled properly. The process was seamless, quick, and stress-free. I really appreciated the professionalism and care they showed in my home—no mess, no hassle. Team also provided me with a brief description of the product and a quick “first time usage” guidance. Excellent service from start to finish!

As promised. Old item gone, They double checked the evap pan so as not to make a mess.

Installers were professional and did everything right.

First of all the guys called beforehand letting me know that they were on their way, they arrived on time and I met at the front door and suggested taking old 55” SAMSUNG QLED Q70 away first . The Best Buy guy said he would Bring in the NEW SAMSUNG 55” Q90D NEOMINI LED TV . EVERYTHING WORKED OUT GREAT!!

Somewhat of a splurge, haul away guarantees that the old dryer does not become an eyesore or a danger for children.
