They did an okay job but they routed the drain hose through the disposal which I did not want them to do because it's possible for people who are careless with leaving things in the disposal to trigger a sink backup. There is an existing air gap and I wanted them to use that. I was sitting at a nearby table, but not watching over them, and they went ahead and punched the hole in the disposal which I can't easily plug back. Also, with this method they were supposed to create a "high loop" which is essentially an upside-down trap, is designed to prevent dirty water from siphoning back from the disposal into the dishwasher. They did not. So, I had to do it myself, but being busy it took me several months to get around to it and now my dishwasher is stinky which could be from back drainage. So, I'm not happy. It does function properly and no fires or floods. But I definitely do not feel that installation is a valued benefit based on this experience. Also, the dishwasher itself, is making low grinding noises after only 3 years which makes me wonder if the motor is already going bad. It is quiet other than that, and stays clean and works well.

The delivery professionals did a wonderful job. They used large straps and actually carried, not rolled, the old refrigerator out of our house and carried the new refrigerator into our house. They removed all of the wrapped and packing material and turned the new refrigerator on. The freezer and refrigerator reached their normal operating temperature within a couple of hours. They called about 30 minutes before they arrive and were very profesinal in every respecgt.

Haul away service was great. It was easy and straightforward and done quickly.

The guys that came and hauled away my old dryer and washer were super cool. great customer service. They were super careful even though I told them it's an old house nothing to worry about. Best Buy in Appleton y'all are legends.

The installer easily lifted the old dishwasher, hauling it away with no damage to floor, doorway, etc.

Very happy with the haul away service. Certainly beats having to load them and take them to the recycleing center myself. The team took care to put down protective materials to ensure my flooring wasn't damaged. This service was coupled with install. All in it was quick and professional.

Over all this has been a great purchase and the folks who brought the machine over were wonderful.

The haul away option is a good choice, instead of having to risk an injury getting my appliances out of the house and disposed of, I have always elected to have Best Buy delivery personnel haul the old appliance out. Easy peasy!

Great convenient haul away service. It was nice not having to go pickup the purchase, bring it home, remove the old unit and install the new unit. Having it all done plus the old unit hauled away was fantastic. At $30 fee it isn't too bad. Going to $40 fee is a little high.

So glad to have my new Frigidaire 5-burner gas range! Finally "pulled the trigger" and bought it Black Friday at the best deal around (after comparison shopping)....had it installed soon after! This range looks nice, is easy to clean and works well thus far. The delivery and installation team was professional, friendly and efficient, too! Would recommend!
