As promised. Old item gone, They double checked the evap pan so as not to make a mess.

The delivery team was great! They arrived right on time, were kind, professional, and careful bringing everything in. They made sure the washer was set up correctly and took the time to explain things before leaving. Really appreciated their friendliness and efficiency — made the whole process easy and stress-free!

I really liked that they hauled away my old washer and dryer. I did not like that when the people who set up my new washer and dryer forgot something and came back to get it pounding on my garage door and yelling that they needed to come back in instead of coming up the stairs and knocking on my door to let me know they had forgotten something and needed to get back into the garage to get it back.

What a relief to not have to cart away a big old broken fridge. The Geek Squad had our new one installed & our old one gone in around a half hour. There was some initial address confusion & some minor floor scuffs but overall it was a good experience

It cost me $60.00 to have a 15-year-old TV hauled away, but it was worth it. The 82 was heavy, so they used lifting straps to move the TV. I wore my back out by lifting heavy objects, but they had straps that took the weight off their backs. Our landfill won't accept TV's.

Delivery and haul away were done very professionally and efficiently. We could not believe that only one person did all of this. He did an excellent job, and we were completely satisfied with the job that he did. We could not have asked for anything more, over and above our expectations!

Somewhat of a splurge, haul away guarantees that the old dryer does not become an eyesore or a danger for children.

It was hard to see my Frig go after 16 years. There was nothing wrong but I need more room for food. My little one loves crushed Ice and the new Frig has a crushed Ice function.

I am a regular appliance customer of bestbuy and just received a whirpool refrigerator today from my favorite company which is bestbuy. My problem is delivery of online appliance orders which i have had every time w deliveries .today i got my brand new fridge wo its box which is out of ordinary when i asked the delivery person where is the box he showed me a LG fridge box !!!!. I said this is not mine and u had no right to take my appliance out of its original box .secondly i had called bestbuy 2 times and asked the delivery call me before getting to my apt bc i am not living there ,unfortunately they called me when they got to the delivery address which my tenant lives there .imagine how i drived there and how many accidents i could have .third they didn't level the fridge that i had paid for its installation. I love bestbuy and i will order again w bestbuy but third party delivery companies, every time i have an issue w them

I was so impressed by the team sent to my house to remove my old washer. It was a very heavy front loader and they brought it upstairs from my basement with ease. Great service, worth every penny.

Hugo did an amazing job taking away our old stove when they came to deliver the new one we got. They were respectful when moving the old stove by not dragging it on the tiles and being careful around the walls.
