Very professional delivery and removal of freezer.

Moved my old fridge to my garage that’s attached to home. They took their time and made sure it wasn’t damaged in the process.

Haul away was seamlessly perfect and very affordable as bulk pickup was 3 times as much!!

oof. this is an ordeal that is not yet done. the contractors Best Buy hired came out and ripped out my old hood and put in the new one so fast they damaged the cabinet over the new range hood. I am still in discussion with the company and BestBuy insurance about what to do. There were some loose/damaged parts and BestBuy sent people out for the initial install issues and they said it can't be repaired and ordered me a new one. Then unannounced that night a Geek Squad person came out to look at it but since a new one was already ordered he left. Then when the new one arrived it was the same original install people! They actually fixed the parts that were bad from their install so I was finally happy with that, but I am still waiting to see how they reimburse us for the damaged cabinet. Just tell people to take their time because cabinets are not easily repaired.

I recommend to have your old appliances hauled away that way you don’t have them sitting in front of your house or have to worry about how you’re gonna dispose of them. The haulers were great and gave me one less thing to worry about

Worth it to have my broken refrigerator hauled away. Nobody wants to buy a broken refrigerator. Workers did a great job getting it out of the house without damaging anything. Professional guys.

I bought this refrigerator for my garage and it works perfectly, keeping all inside cool. There is also plenty of room for storage.

I am a regular appliance customer of bestbuy and just received a whirpool refrigerator today from my favorite company which is bestbuy. My problem is delivery of online appliance orders which i have had every time w deliveries .today i got my brand new fridge wo its box which is out of ordinary when i asked the delivery person where is the box he showed me a LG fridge box !!!!. I said this is not mine and u had no right to take my appliance out of its original box .secondly i had called bestbuy 2 times and asked the delivery call me before getting to my apt bc i am not living there ,unfortunately they called me when they got to the delivery address which my tenant lives there .imagine how i drived there and how many accidents i could have .third they didn't level the fridge that i had paid for its installation. I love bestbuy and i will order again w bestbuy but third party delivery companies, every time i have an issue w them

So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. This was very useful. Especially if you're replacing an old appliance you WANT this service. It's absolutely worth it. They'll remove your old broken item and dispose of it properly so you don't have to. Or if you bought a new item and just want to move the older one to a different room in your home they can do that as well. The contractors who came to install are the same ones who will handle this service. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls. They removed my old broken item without much fuss.

Great took 5 minutes if even that. In and out fast.

First of all the guys called beforehand letting me know that they were on their way, they arrived on time and I met at the front door and suggested taking old 55” SAMSUNG QLED Q70 away first . The Best Buy guy said he would Bring in the NEW SAMSUNG 55” Q90D NEOMINI LED TV . EVERYTHING WORKED OUT GREAT!!
