Two fellows stopped by to deliver 02 new appliances - A refrigeration into the garage and to replace the old washer with the new washer - They were professional - very mindful of my concerns due to the fact my husband is disabled. It was hot 110 outside - no air conditioning in my laundryroom! They were efficient and worked to get the job done.

They made sure to be careful not to bang walls or corners because where we needed the new washer and old washer to be transferred was a little tight of corners but the maneuvered effortlessly.

The old freezer was hauled away with no problems no mess.

As a part of our delivery of a new Insignia refrigerator, the old one had to go. The new one was installed and the old one out of our walk-in basement in 15 minutes. Nice guys, smart and very efficient.

The two delivery guys were very professional and completely explained all the features on the new refrigerator. They did the complete installation and hooked up the waterline to it too. They did everything, including taking the front door off and putting it back when bringing the new one through and the old one out. We didnt have to do anything. It was so nice.

I have never been so impressed with a delivery and haul away! John and Sean were awesome. Professional and friendly. Incredibly thorough and careful, both with hauling away our old stove and installing our new one. My jaw dropped when they took out a level and actually made sure the new stove was perfectly level. They actually cared about my safety! They made sure everything was perfect before they left, and were so kind in the process. We can't say enough good things about these guys...and will definitely ask for them again next time we buy something from Best Buy!

Hugo did an amazing job taking away our old stove when they came to deliver the new one we got. They were respectful when moving the old stove by not dragging it on the tiles and being careful around the walls.

I was worried since the washer was in a smaller room without much space to move and was right up against a dryer that was staying in place. they had no issues and took it away like it was nothing!

They were absolutely fantastic, very professional and helpful during the haul away of my old items. They were nice to my children since they wanted to help the movers which was awesome.

It was hard to see my Frig go after 16 years. There was nothing wrong but I need more room for food. My little one loves crushed Ice and the new Frig has a crushed Ice function.

Hauling away old, heavy equipment is always such a hassle. When I saw that this service was offered, I thought “why not?” I am so happy that I chose too because everything was handled for me. I didn’t have to take on the additional headache of hauling it away and the professionals spent maybe a half hour in my home.
