Moved my fridge into my garage. $50 is a bit excessive but I was too busy to handle it myself. They were careful and did a good job.

I really liked that they hauled away my old washer and dryer. I did not like that when the people who set up my new washer and dryer forgot something and came back to get it pounding on my garage door and yelling that they needed to come back in instead of coming up the stairs and knocking on my door to let me know they had forgotten something and needed to get back into the garage to get it back.

The team did a great job: not only did they drain the water out (was necessary to be able to move it) but also did a great job installing the new washer and removing the old. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

Professional and quick did not scratch my walls thats a big plus

1st set damaged when unboxed. They quickly packed it back up and chased down another set that was 50 miles away from original store. Returned in 90 min and set it up perfectly. Adjusted picture, color sound etc. All companies have damaged issues. Great companies shine in how their staff reacts to problems. Best Buy Geek Squad delivery really went the extra mile for me

I paid the fee to have my previous refrigerator moved. I had them move it downstairs and they were so professional and careful! I expected them to use an appliance hand truck, but the did it with shoulder straps as to not damage any flooring! I removed the handrail and there was only an inch clearance on either side and not once did it touch the walls! I was so impressed!! I may have given a standing ovation!

Two members of the geek squad delivered my new tv. They were careful and installation went very smoothly. They took their time to go over the new features of the tv that I was not a custom to. They did not leave me wondering how to access all the new features of my tv. They were professional and hauled away my old tv. If you're uncertain about how to install your new purchase, it is worth the money to pay the geek squad to do it for you. I would not have been able to do myself.
