For the price very well worth paying to have them take the old stuff away so i did not have to deal with it. I was thinking after the fact i should have listed it for free and someone could have taken away the old washer and dryer because it worked just did not run all the cycles on the washer only cold but if some one could have set it up to save them from going to the laundromat. Just think of that so you don't make the same mistake i did. The guys were great and went the extra mile to set it up and had to deal with my old house plumbing.

Haul away was great! They made it so easy! Instead of paying the town they took it right away I didn’t have to worry about anything!

Overall, I had a great experience with Best Buy’s haul-away service. The team was professional, quick, and handled everything with care — they got the old appliance out without damaging anything or leaving a mess. The only issue was that they showed up without any prior notice. No call or text ahead of time, which caught me off guard. Thankfully, I was home, but a heads-up would’ve been appreciated. That said, the actual service itself was smooth and well-executed.

The removal of the old refrigerator when the new one arrived was priceless. I loved not having to worry about getting someone to come. It was smooth and inexpensive. I would definitely do it again.

Unhooked old range quickly and removed from the house neatly. No mess at all.

Removed old dishwasher with some water coming out of it that they quickly wiped up as they avoided bumping walls or doors. Polite and efficient.

When the old item was removed they gave time to do a quick clean. They picked up all garbage from the new installation and took everything including the old item with them.
