My old gas stove was removed very quickly. No fuss, no mess. Oaper was put down on the floor to wheel it out so damage in my house. Very polite.

The dishwasher is beautiful, slick and efficient. My last dish was over 30 years old. Never needed repairs within that timeframe . The machine is working well. No complaints. However directions on machine needs more visibility.

Great job by our three (3) delivery folks! Efficient, pleasant, and explained. And they had to take our old dryer out in parts, because we had tried a repair which was unsuccessful.

The two delivery men were fast, efficient and friendly. They greeted me, REMOVED MY OLD WASHER, unboxed the new washing machine and then brought the new washer into the house. Their part was a good experience. The issue is with the timing of the delivery. I was given a window of 7:00-noon. The driver told me that he loaded his truck at 7:00, his 1st delivery was scheduled at 8:00 and my delivery was scheduled for 11:55 which about the time they arrived. In the future I hope that the scheduler would call to let the later deliveries know that the drivers would come later in the window or allow the drivers to make the same call. That way the customer would not feel like he/she had wasted a whole day.

Would never buy a refrigerator without this service! They were quick, efficient, and very nice! Nice is importatnt!

I paid for the "haul away" service and the team delivered the new LG TV as promised, unpacked it and took away the old TV. However, they left the empty box from the new TV in case I wanted to return it within the return window. I asked if they will come back to pick up the empty box once the 30-day period is over and they said yes. So upon calling for the re-pick up of the box, my request was met with considerable confusion, but ultimately was arranged. I also asked about the "My Reward Points" and was told that only applies id I use the Best Buy credit card which I was not aware of. In past, all purchases could accumulate points no matter how it was paid for, but that policy has now changed. Oh well.

My delivery guys did a great job at hauling away my old fridge. They were quick and efficient. It was out of the house before I knew it and the new one was already getting put in. Amazing!
