I appreciate having this service available. It was a decent price to haul away. The men were fast and efficient. They took great care when removing the old dryer after the install of the new dryer. They were friendly and professional.

They were careful in removing not to scratch cabinets and were careful going through doorways to not scratch the molding. Everything was done quickly.

Diego & Carlos from Barritas Services worked smoothly and made the task look easy. Previous team that came claimed they needed 4 man team, but these guys came for my reschedule and tackled the flight of stairs like nothing. Wanted to give folks a big thumbs up for their efforts to make these deliveries possible. They even had 16 more deliveries to make as well. Much appreciated it! They took away the old fridge which was slightly bigger with ease as well. Wanted to give those too a big shout out and thank you Diego & Carlos!

I've had four items hauled away after installing new ones and all of them were removed and disposed of without issue.

I wasn't sure they would take my old hunker TV, but it was a legimate option. I had a rather old console TV that stood 5 feet high and 4 feet wide about 30" deep. No complaints, not even a whimper. Easly for me, and someone will profit from recycling the materials within that old system. So glad to have that beast out of the house, and my living room is so much larger without it there.

When my 20 year old Mitsubishi TV died, I didn’t know how I would get rid of it. It was huge and heavy and in my basement. When shopping for a new TV I saw the haul-away option and wondered if there were size or weight limitations. I used the chat function and they referred me to the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad rep had me make the purchase of the new TV while we were on the phone and she immediately added notes of the size and weight and that two people had to make the delivery. The two delivery guys came prepared and hauled the TV up the basement stairs in 30 seconds. Very happy!

After setting up the new washer they gave it a test run and hauled away the old washer and cleaned up the mess.

Much easier than doing it yourself. They handled everything with no mess or issues.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated Best Buy hauling my 2 old appliances (fridge/stove) from my new house. I live in a rural area and the landfill is closed down. I had no place to put them, not to mention I am 65 and would have had to pay a hefty price for someone else to come get the appliances and haul them off. And no one out here could tell me who would do that. This was a life saver!

The contractors used by Best Buy were professionals. They were respectful of our home as they entered and were careful of our things. They were efficient in taking out our old wall ovens and and bringing it to their truck. It was definitly worth the added cost to have this haul away service.
