They came in and took my old appliance and tv which is very convenient better then waiting fornthat bulk collection day and its free when your a totaltech member

This dishwasher is fantastic, so much better than the Profile we had before. Really quiet. But more than anything, I must give Kudos to Best Buy. I had originally ordered from Lowes. After checking out, i get prompted to call Lowes to arrange delivery. Hassle, but called - then found out i had to wait a week because it was special order. Ok, but website said next day installation. Waited a week - nothing. Then called multiple people to track down, and finally find someone who says they can deliver following week. Fine, i guess. But then get call back saying that (although my order included a haul off fee), I would need to order installation to have the haul off happen. Ok, how much? $120. Ok, fine, i just need dishwasher, let's do it. Response, "ok, you need to come into the store to sign the paperwork, and then after you sign paperwork, we will arrange delivery and installation." You've got to be kidding. What is the point of an online order if I have to come in? Why not tell me at getgo? So, I click on Best Buy. Literally within five minutes i had the dishwasher order and installation scheduled to occur within three business days. And installers showed up right on time, were AWESOME and the best part? Installation was free and dishwasher cost same as Lowes. I own 27 rental properties and have always used Lowes for appliances. NEVER again. Best Buy is awesome.

Moved our old TV to another location in our home and did it quickly, efficiently, and were so nice to us!

The 2 gentlemen who came were veey profesion, polite and extremely effecient.

I had a very heavy 65" Samsung curved tv which still works great, mounted in the location that I wanted my new tv to occupy. These guys removed it from the mount and placed it in another room of the house where I wanted it without batting an eyelash. Great service!

This made it so easy to get two new appliances! They brought the new appliances, installed them quickly, and took the old ones away! Very neat, clean and simple!

The dryer that was delivered looks like a scratch-and-dent model. It has scratches all over the top and multiple dings, many of which have paint stuck in the corners of the unit. I am guessing these were from somewhere in our house, unless they were before arrival. The dryer is also clearly not leveled, with a slight bit of weight on one side, which tilts it forward. I have tried to send emails (they only send from NO REPLY addresses), place phone calls (brace yourself for automated system madness), use their useless "chatbot" that does NOTHING, and even stopped by my local store to talk about this, but was sent away with a card and another 1800 number to call. I have wasted so much time regarding these appliances I purchased that I will surely never do this kind of purchase at Best Buy in the future. Our delivery date was changed on the day of the washing machine's initial delivery. We were not there on the day of the dryer delivery and had a neighbor take care of it. We had no idea it would be this difficult to get help from a place we spent 1000+ dollars with for new appliances. For the washer delivery, they almost didn't install it, cause they were "unable" to loosen the water connections. I had to do it myself. This is what we paid for. We paid extra to have them come, and we had to break loose the hoses, or they were going to take the washing machine back with them. This is our first and last time buying from Best Buy with installation services.

Really nice option. You get the old unit picked up and nothing to worry about.

I had a 65” DLP projection TV that needed to be taken away. I helped the installer carry it into the hallway of my building. When he was leaving, I asked if I could help him get it to the truck. He said no need, I already got it out there. No clue how he got it to the truck without my help. I was definitely impressed!

We had a freezer unexpectedly stop working. We had to use Best Buy's Haul away service. The Gents were fabulous and got that giant freezer out in a flash

The excellent team who delivered our new washer took away our old one. We were a little concerned because the washer room is very small and when our old washer was installed, the previous company had a very difficult time putting in our old, large washer. The Best Buy team were phenomenal. They removed and took away the old machine without any trouble whatsoever. They were exceptional adept at removal of the old machine from the tight quarters. Thank you !

I've used this service twice now, once for a dishwasher and once for a stove. Super easy both times. I don't have access to a truck and I live in a city so this is really my only option. Annoying piece for the stove is that in my state, only a licensed plumber can disconnect gas from a gas range. So I had to coordinate with a separate plumber since haul away staff obviously aren't plumbers. But it went smoothly both times.

Grateful they offered this service, helped with getting rid of the broken appliance.

Amazing transport teams...I've had a dryer delivered downstairs, and a freezer delivered (including removal of old one) and they were fast and expert. Polite and friendly were also a pleasant bonus :-)

Great staff very knowledgeable on how to take anything in and out of your house without damaging anything. Ive spent iver $150k on everything there and always a please doing business with them. Fast delivery time as well.

I love the fact of having a new appliance and not have to worry about getting rid of the old one , they make so much easier for me , they come and remove the old and leave me with a new shiny one
