These guys were fantastic! They were on time and professional. Measured all the openings and maneuvered the old fridge out and the new one in with ease. Not once did the bang anything into a door jamb or wall, not that I expected it but I know how I am moving furniture!

I really want to commend the delivery teams Best Buy uses! Unfortunately, my item came damaged (The box was not damaged, so the damage was not the fault of the delivery team). They quickly pointed out the damage before I noticed it, then laid out my options for what I could do. They got me the numbers to contact and made sure I was on the right track to get the situation resolved before they left. They even repackaged the appliance without me asking them to do so. When the next team came out to pick the damaged appliance up, it was a different crew and they also could not have been more helpful or friendly. They apologize for the problems even though it had nothing to do with them, and took loaded it up and were gone in just a few minutes. Very professional crews doing these deliveries, and I honestly can not say enough good things about them.

Money well spent! Didnt have to worry about what i was going to do with the old fridge. They came in and removed it and hauled it away.

The gentleman walked in with the new washer. Connected it. Left it running. And left with the old washer. Insulation was less than 15 minutes and this included going up a flight of stairs
