Service was utilized during the purchase and installation of a new dishwasher in the place of an existing non-functional (due to age) dishwasher. Best Buy subcontractor removed and disposed of the existing dishwasher. No damage or mess. I am very satisfied that I did not need to store, research an appropriate disposal location, load and pay for the disposal at the said location. I feel this service was worth the cost.

The delivery team was very efficient and very careful with our new washer and dryer. They took their time in bringing the appliances into the basement and quickly took out our older appliances. They came during the time frame promised and was in and out in about 15 mins. Very smooth and great service!

Our 31 year old dryer had to go to make room for a new one. The installers were very efficient removing the old one - didn't bump the walls, etc. When it was moved, there was a lot of old dust and build up on the floor underneath. The installers were super patient and let me clean the floor before installing the new one. Great experience
