These guys were fantastic! They were on time and professional. Measured all the openings and maneuvered the old fridge out and the new one in with ease. Not once did the bang anything into a door jamb or wall, not that I expected it but I know how I am moving furniture!

Very professional, even took my old window unit for free

This was another great Best Buy service! They not only did a complete and easy install, ON TIME, they moved my livingrpom tv to the bedroom and hauled kff the broken bedroom tv with no irritation or attitude which I come across at a lot of customer service programs as a disabled person. Ive used Best Buy again and again and no one has ever been rude or unhelpful or done half the job. Best Buy is one of the only places left with REAL customer service!

I live in Maryland and purchased a refrigerator for my parents in Alabama. They removed the old unit and my parents never had to lift a finger.
