They hauled away to recycle my old washer in a matter of minutes before they installed my new washer in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. What an amazing crew with professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommend it. Yes.

The guys were right on time and didn’t waste any time removing the other dryer to haul away and installed the new one instantly. They explained how to operate the dryer and left me the manual for it. I must say great customer service and I will continue to buy from Best Buy. My rating is a 10+

We would definitely recommend the installation service. They had to make two trips because the first time, we discovered that the new wall oven would not fit into the cabinetry. The second time we had arranged , with their help, to have a carpenter on site and he quickly cut a bigger opening in the cabinets. They removed the old oven and installed the new very quickly.

The guys who delivered our new refrigerator moved the old one to the basement. Very professional, courteous, and didn't give up on a tight squeeze in one spot. They got it through a difficult door safely and without any damage. These guys were the best!

Explained all the special features of the new fridge. Ran two cycles of water through the ice maker. Courteous, friendly and neat. A standard for all deliveries.

I purchased the Haul-Away option for my 16-year-old Sony TV. The Best Buy Delivery personnel took the TV and did so without any complaints (the old TV weighted a lot).

I am in my late 50s, had a new television installed downstairs on a mount and the guys moved the old 70 inch upstairs to another room. Couldn't have done it by myself and it was included as part of the install. Really nice and helpful.

Good job cleans up moved out the old replaced with the new checked for leaks and aged pipes and hoses gave recommendations I was impressed
