Best Buy product removal is Great! You schedule an appointment, they came on time, took out my old TV and they were very professional and nice. Were also super quick.

Team bought Fridge in just plugged it in didn’t make sure it was set to a cooling temp. I had $100 dollars in food go bad . Tried to call and report and got the run around also paid to have old fridge moved to garage they just took it didn’t even ask.

I had just purchased a new flat screen TV! I was worried about how I was going to get rid of the old one because it was a tube TV that was really heavy to me anyway. I was trying to tell the guys to be careful as it was heavy while I was talking one of them had lifted it and carried it up the stairs. I was like wow

The two delivery guys efficiently relocated the old dryer to my front porch with zero fuss. I didn't want to simply junk it or send it the landfill. I sold it for a few bucks to a guy who desperately needed one quick and cheap.

Two guys were able to take away the old refrigerator and oven and even cleaned the area behind the oven (which hasn’t seen the light of day at least since I bought the house). They were fast and efficient and very professional.

This is something I'd never seen before: When the installation crew took out the old washer and dryer to the curb, an older gentleman driving a beat-up pickup truck with all kinds of junk in the bed stopped in front of my house. After a quick conversation, the installers loaded the machines into the back of the beat-up Chevy truck, and the gentleman drove away. Granted, when the washer and dryer crossed the front door threshold, they were no longer mine, so the guys could do what they wanted with it. Still, it struck me as odd, and I laughed it off after realizing, "Yeah, it's out of my hands."
