The agents were helpful and saved my having to worry about where to store/recycle the heavy unit.

No Fuss

It was irritating that we had to pay for the service, but it beats trying to figure out how to dispose of it yourself.

I like the added comfort of knowing its done right and if anything goes wrong they will fix it. Them hauling the stuff away is a plus for me as well. Ive installed things in the past and maybe I’m lazy but having someone else do it is worth the money for me. They are very professional and polite.

They were outstanding with the installation and removing our old unit, they even double checked our old unit to see if they could fix it. Great service.
