Took away my old refrigerator without a hitch! Good riddance!

I absolutely love that they take away the old items. TVs are a huge hassle to get rid of, so it was a huge help to have them take it with them

Staff was great with the removal of my appliance. Didn't scratch any walls or doors. They communicated what they needed to get a clear exit. That was helpful.

We purchased a flat screen TV to replace an old tube TV. The old unit was nice for its time. But it also weighed over 200 pounds! Best Buy delivered and installed the new TV, AND removed the old one. Will definitely recommend adding the removal service if needed. Don't try to do it yourself.

Miscommunication between Best Buy and delivery company was the problem. Delivery personnel did not see on their order what I paid for.

The workers were fast and efficient at bringing the new fridge in and taking the old one out.

This was a great option. I was worried about moving a large tv by myself. Geek Squad moved it to the 2nd floor with ease.

They were on time, professional and quick. Even helped move my existing kitchen fridge to the garage location (about 6 feet) and hooked it up there. It was the garage frudge that died and they took that with them.

Guys did a great job of removing the old washer and driver, carried them out of the house, no risk of damage to the floors.

I had 3rd party come out twice. First to install and second to haul away and replace my new tv. It was frustrating the second time when one showed up with the tv and they couldn’t do anything because the tv was still mounted. So because of that they were unable to replace it. Hauled the new tv replacement back out and stated they couldn’t do anything and just walked out. That’s when I called the store and had to reschedule for a 3rd Appt and requested Geek Squad for services only. They did an outstanding job. I’m giving it five stars for Geek squad NOT 3rd party
