No old equipment to remove and recycle. However, the team did inquire. The equipment worked flawlessly. The team discussed and answered all questions on operation, service and warranty.

Haul away with no problems of heavy appliances having to be lifted and carried out of the house.

They hauled the old washer away. Before ordering from Best Buy, I had an order with both of the big home improvement chains. One of them charged the same, and one charged $5 less for this service. The thing I preferred about Best Buy's service is that it was treated like an accessory to my order, so rescheduling the washer delivery also rescheduled the haul away service. You would think this would be standard, but the other places I ordered from kept moving my delivery date but the haul away, installation, and hoses wouldn't move with the delivery date. That's partially why I cancelled with the other guys and ordered from Best Buy, who delivered, installed, and hauled my old washer away the next day.

Haul away service guys were professional and courteous. However, they were third-party (not Geek Squad) and didn’t know that the service included movement of a TV to another room which they did anyway. Just make sure you specify when ordering (not that there is an easy way to do this).

I was so happy that they were able to dispose of my broken dishwasher! They hauled it away with no worries for me!
