The old machines were removed from my home very carefuly and very clean

The haul away was done without any problems. They didn't leave a mess or any damage. That's a win to me. Best Buy doesn't always have the best track record with me when it comes to deliveries and haul aways.

Purchased a new range for my mother. She said the delivery men fast and picked up the old range lifting it over the counter and outside in less than 5-minutes, Was really happy with their services.

Not much to say! They hauled away and old fridge on its last legs that we got with the house. They were mindful to not damage anything on their way out, so that's a plus! I'd happily use this service again if needed.

Removed and cleaned the area the washer and dryer were in before installing the new ones. Took all the excess materials away and cleaned up after themselves.

Crew that delivered our fridge was excellent, per my other review for delivery. However, they (as was reported to me by my wife who was home) seemed surprised about the haul-away, as though they hadn't been informed. How is that possible when it's part of the invoice? Nonetheless, I'm grateful that they hauled away our old fridge and it didn't become a hassle I'd have had to deal with later. Thank you for providing the service.

They took my old washing machine quickly. I had everything unhooked so it was easy to get out and loaded. Best service as I don’t drive or own a vehicle! It’s not easy to drop off to a place that will accept it. Love that they do this, even with a fee!
