Best Buy sent me a used/returned item. The box had a lot of tape on it, and as soon as I opened it, I found torn open bags, partially assembled pieces, and screws missing. The bag with the directions in it was covered in grease. I contacted customer service through chat, and after having multiple agents, someone processed the return, including a pick up at my home. It hasn't happened yet, but the delivery experience was excellent, so I am hopeful the pick up will actually happen. I have a treadmill and a spin bike and I was excited to add this elliptical to my home gym. What a depressing experience! I'd order another one if it would be delivered to me fully assembled. I'm not taking a chance that I will again be disappointed and stuck with a huge 225 pound box in my home.

It works well. Just wish the manual option was an easier process without account.

This elliptical was not hard to put together nor is it built cheap, it is very durable and provides our family with endless workouts thanks to IFit. Would recommend!

This elliptical is a great workout option to have at home on those days when you don't want to get out in the extreme weather! Plus you can exercise in several countries and locations with the ifit membership!

I ordered this before Christmas. It got delayed 4 times. I received it towards the end of February. I ordered delivery and assembly, it got here mid day while I was at work. Our babysitter was here. The man who assembled this did a terrible job. Both handles were loose, the floor was a complete mess, there were parts left over (he left on the dresser), there was a section cracked on the flywheel cover, and he left the packaging In my garage with the scraps scattered. I was pretty bummed out when I got home. I ran on it twice now. On level 1 of resistance it feels like I am going up a mountain. I don’t know if it was his assembly or the calibration, but this thing as 20 levels of resistance and I cannot put it past one. Again, I don’t know if it is the assembly or the product, but I am disappointed.

Better than the classic gym elliptical because you have a lot of incline and resistance options. Huge recommend! I like the track feature.

Great product and thanks to having Total Tech, the assembly was done at not cost. The machine itself is smooth, quiet and challenging.

Great machine! Really smooth and sturdy. Our apartment is older and our floors are warped, the separate adjustable legs were perfect for this. My husband put it together pretty easily with little help from me. The box is incredibly heavy when delivered so plan ahead if you have stairs. Perfect machine to supplement the gm during the pandemic.

Screen is a little small compared to others but works great.

The quality of these machines have gone down over the years. They’re lighter and prone to wobbling nowadays, also with all the moving parts it’s only a matter of time before the squeaking and clicking starts to happen. I bought this because it’s better than nothing but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Great purchase. I wish the screen was larger but it gets the job done. I have an iFit membership and i highly recommend you get one. It's great to follow along with your trainer during the workout. The build quilt is gym grade and i think we'll be using this for years to come.

Very easy to assemble. Nice and quiet while in use from someone who's 225lbs. Resistance levels are very adequate. Its a nice small size to fit in a home space or home gym. Nice wide pedals for easy foot control and placement. The wifi ability is great. The unit is placed within 10 feet of the wifi router so no connection issues. Great machine and i would highly recommend for any home gym addition.

Elliptical is solid has many features. Had an issue with a part during installation. However, Pro-form support team was excellent in sending the replacement parts and scheduling a technician for an in-home visit to correct the issue. Good purchase.

Great machine for a beginner! You feel the burn within 5 minute intervals of the exercise. Once you get up to 3 miles, you definitely feel the burn and break a good sweat too! I made a great choice and my other choice will be a new Treadmill!

I am happy I have an elliptical machine home. I thought that the CARBON E7 was more sturdy equipment, the machine shakes when I speed up. I also had problems with the delivery, after asked a day off at work and wait several hours I received an email informing that the delivery date had change. I had to make lot of calls to best buy in order to get the delivery done, it was very frustrating an unproductive. I also got the i-fit and I could not find any workout program available for my subscription so far

Nice machine that does everything I need. Instructions are really simple and the strides are very smooth.
