Great product. Very expensive, but needed due to lack of open gyms.

Excellent piece of equipment and easy to put together. It is heavy so be sure to have help loading and unloading.

Works great, plenty of options, requires a rubber mate underneath or can shack a little bit. That’s even after adjusting it.

The elliptical is quiet and feels very stable, the iFit program is also very nice.

It’s a good machine, the arms are better suited for someone short, other than that it’s a good elliptical machine

Love this machine working from home for the last 14 months has caused me to not work out as often as I would like and I ha e the pounds to show it. This was my go to machine at the gym and this one glides so well. It took a while to coordinate with Best Buy to assemble it (that system needs to be revised) but once I worked through that it was all good!

The installer Justin Crow, Home Theater Innovations did the worst job ever. He did not install it correctly and it finally got fixed this week in Sept.by Proform,. I want my money back from best buy. I purchased this back in May2021, it just got fixed in Sept. Terrible service by best buy not Proform

Very quiet and sturdy. I love the iFit feature. You will have a trainer and the machine adjusts on its own during your workout. You will never feel you’re working out alone. This machine has a fan on it as well.

It’s a solid machine. Assembly isn’t to bad. It took me a couple hours. The included iFIT membership is really nice. The machine automatically sets resistance and angle by what the trainers are saying.

I absolutely love this machine. It’s so easy to use and having iFit makes it 1000x better. The workouts are actually fun and really motivating. I love this rewards you get for doing the challenges and the live 5ks.

I would recommend this for beginners to seasoned users. I like the options to work out at different levels.

Useless ineffective product. Its complete crap and isnt working for me anymore. Geek squad was no help so don’t bother adding that plan. I’ve been waiting a supervisor call for two weeks and counting

Very disappointed in this machine was hoping it would be as smooth as the gym ellipticals are but it wasn’t even close. I also could not get the iFit to work & the machine kept telling me to update the software but every time I did it would error out so I could never use it. I am returning it today. I do not recommend.

Light use (less than 100hrs) and 14 months old the ramp just collapsed mid use. Scary and dangerous for sure. Now I begin the hurdle of understanding my options here. I fear from the review below I be spending time tying to resolve this and my options. It's been awesome until right now. Will update on outcome.
