I purchased this elliptical in June and it broke in 5mos..I Called for Service in November and it is now January and I’m still waiting on parts to repair it. The elliptical itself “seemed” great, and is still under warranty but getting it repaired absolutely sucks, so I DONT recommend it.

The tracks go nice and smooth nice detail on the screen.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble and use. Very quiet and smooth. Comes with ifit subscription.

Not sure if it was the installers or if that is how this elliptical is but the pedaling on this machine is way to hard on the lowest resistance. Only used it about 5 times since it was purchased. Definitely would not recommend if you have bad knees or are a beginner.

Was great on the first day however Product had a defect within a few days of installation. It became loose which doesn’t usually happen with Pro-Form.

The machine wobbles. The techs did a great job setting it up but it rocks back and forth. I was surprised and disappointed. I am sending it back.

Never buy this. Mine is defective. Manufacturer cant fix it. Best Buy is refusing to help

In order to use any of the best features you need a subscription and the app doesnt even work. Its not worth the money

This is a great product I love it and easy to operate!

I really wanted to get ahead of my health but I am a bigger girl and on this journey myself. I know I needed it to be simple and easy to use. This was SO easy and intuitive to setup, to use and keep using that I am finding it easy to stay motivated! First, it comes in a very large box and I was able to set it up ina bout 30 minutes. The pieces are already sort of together and the instructions are super easy to follow. In about 3o minutes I had it plugged in doing an upgrade. The LCD screen is large enough to be a big phone that you don’t have to charge. But overall the machine fits well in my bedroom without being too big. It’s super quiet and easy to adjust resistance. Even the fan is quiet! This is a stellar machine for someone who needs it to be simple to start and use. If it was hard to use I’d be unable to keep myself motivated. I don’t have that problem! I can walk by and say “oh man, I have 10 minutes…” and in less than 1 minute I am on it, getting a workout in. Very happy with the ease of use. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Arrived quickly and just as described. Extremely simple to put together, very easy instructions to follow. Such a fantastic and thorough workout works out my entire body. So many different trainers and challenging levels that I never get bored and have an easy time changing up my routine.

We tried the machine and while the display works, it does not register movement at all. When attempting to use the ProFrom the workouts (programmed or manual) do not start rendering the unit essentially useless. Quality very much, seems to be lacking. I got this for my girlfriend, who is an officer in the military, stationed in a cold weather state (it's been in the -24 degree range as of late) and she needed something she could use at the house provided by the hospital site she works at. The fact that this unit doesn't work is very disappointing, particularly after flying out here to put it together and the fact that a I will not likely be here when service or a new or different unit replaces this waste of a machine. I cannot recommend this to anyone at this time.
