First of all this thing is a lot bigger than I expected. It’s gotta be 6’ tall and just as long (ref 24” floor tiles in pic). Setup was simple (doesn’t take 2 people like it says), but takes some time and tools. Some of the plastic trim pieces were very roughly finished (easily trimmed) and seemed a bit cheap, but it’s just trim. The machine itself feels very solid and gives a heck of a workout. The package did not include the 1-year free trial, but after what felt like a year on hold customer service gave me a code to use and all is well. Must register and activate before use.

This was not sent to me on the correct day. Called customer service they did not have a reason it was not sent. Upon getting it and installation, the screen is cracked. Wouldn’t have known the screen was cracked until you take off the screen cover to active everything. Also did not receive the 1 year iFit membership. Have not been able to test out the machine since all of this. One pro: easy to install and set up.

I received one with damaged frame. I realized it after opening the box that the frame is damaged. It was hard to see since it was not visible from top. I contacted icon health for their support to do something about it and its been over a month now with no action.

I bought this elliptical equipment on March 2nd, 2020 and on March 28th, 2020 my son was using it and the leg broke and he felt on the floor. Attached are the pictures, low quality for a $1500 exercising equipment. I bought this elliptical because I am diabetic and I don't have too much time to go to the gym so I can make cardio on my garage. It only lasted 26 days!!!!

I love it! It took a couple of hours to put together. I’ve used it about twice a week for the past two weeks. It’s easy to use. I’m excited about the inclines. Very sturdy machine. My only issue is that my fan doesn’t work. Could be a user error. Haven’t had a chance to research. IFit is a great feature to have as well.

Great elliptical, came in a big box nice & secure. Simple instructions, heavy parts though. Needs two people to build. Disclaimer, the product appears to not function without paying the monthly fee, however, with a bit of research, you can avoid this by holding the pairing button for 10 seconds & use the pre built functions within the elliptical. Would recommend, get your workout on!

It's easy to assembly. Quite sounds. I skipped the ifit, easy to operate it. I think it is good for beginners. The only concern is if I want to move to other places, it will be difficult. It's heavy and big.

Covid came and the gyms closed. The elliptical machine was my favorite cardio workout and it is also great for the legs, arms, chest, and back. I have used this machine for about a year on a daily basis and it has been great. It functions smoothly, quietly, and reliably. The resistance, inclines, and pre programmed workouts exceed my needs, so far. I'm not an advanced athlete but I do use this every day and ride a bicycle about 4,000 miles per year. I have used ellipticals in several gyms and I like this one more than any I have used there. I recommend this product.

I received my elliptical a dew days ago. Nothing came damaged. It takes a while to assemble but well worth it. It brings a program called iFit which gives you a month free, after that you pay $14.99. However you can still use your elliptical without having iFit. iFit just keeps track of your workouts and provides different programa for your weight loss. The elliptical is quite big. If you plan on putting your elliptical in the basement, make sure your basement is at least 7 ft of height

well built and easy to use. quite. Built in fan that blows on you and built in speakers for the Ipad

So far I really like this machine. The only thong I would say which I didn’t expect is that in order to use it, you have to activate it first through iFit which charges you a monthly fee. I thought that was optional.

Just what we needed to help maintain our fitness. We are really happy with this piece of fitness equipment. It is high quality and easily used. It fits in well in our home.

We ordered this when speculation was brewing that Governor Inslee was going to implement a shutdown. It arrived about 1 week after. It's been perfect! LOVE it! Two complaints 1) the metal parts on the right side arm and pedal leg didn't quite fit as they should so that was rather time consuming forcing it to fit, and 2) iFit is a maddening joke. We deleted and use without that program & monthly subscription charges.

A very good workout and solidly constructed. It feels like it belongs in a professional gym. They only downside is that many of the advance features require connection to an iFit account that costs a subscription fee (it was free for a year with purchase, but will then cost more after that year is up). Using iFit also requires separate accounts, typically on separate portable devices for all users, and it's a bit of a pain to connect a new device via bluetooth every time you switch users. However, it's a great device that works well.

I love the product however , I didn’t like the fact I had to go through & sign up with iFit to get started.

Easy to install, has rolling wheels for easy moving. It's quiet and compact.

Enjoyed using elliptical. Has a fan. Bluetooth to your phone.

Very strong and well built. Takes some time to assemble but it is not hard, just needs two people. It is very similar to gym grade ellipticals.

Pretty good and sturdy. Definitely pay for the install, worth it.

Everything from delivery to set up to product expectation is great! So far, so good
