The Horizon game is childish and full of kids. The resolution is not that great, especially after having Demo'd the Apple Vision Pro. There is some good content on the TV App and on Youtube VR. Waiting for something better to come along that plays PCVR.

First of all, congratulations on upgrading from your Quest 2 to the Quest 3! We know you're excited to convert over your account and we definitely want to help with that.
Any previous purchases you have made are attached to the Meta account itself, and not your Quest 2 headset, so if you're not seeing your games on the new headset, it would suggest you've not logged in to the new device with the same account.

Best Buy states one year warranty on parts and labor but will offer no help or guidance for return

First time, delivery was set for Monday, but delivery was attempted on Saturday when the business was closed. Repeat deliveries were attempted outside of working hours two more times despite the working hours being clearly marked. Order was cancelled and returned to the warehouse. I ordered for a second time and even through the item showed as in stock, the order was cancelled as it was supposedly out of stock.

We completely understand where you're coming from!
To reduce dizziness when using VR, we would highly recommend to start with short sessions and gradually increase play time as your body adjusts. As well as this, a proper headset fit and focus is key!
