I feel like it's lighter and more responsive. The mixed reality games are fantastic. I use it mostly for exercising with Supernatural. If you can't afford the 3 get the 2. Supernatural is an extra $10 a month but better than a gym membership.

He likes that he can connect it by Bluetooth to his desktop and use it in another room. Graphics are good. easy to set up

The headband and face interface aren't great- buy better ones, and get one with a battery on back, even if you don't use it. It's for balance. I use this primarily for Flight Sim 2024, and it's nothing short of incredible. Worth it.

The AR is a lot more clear and the hand controls are less faulty. They've upgraded the safety measures to make sure you're not hitting your surroundings while playing VR.

The battery doesn't last long with continuous play, but the variety of games makes up for it. It's also a surprisingly good way to stay active. The platform keeps evolving with new games, though I do wonder if future versions might limit access to current ones to encourage upgrades. Still, definitely worth getting.
